OFFICE VISITS
The WellsWalk-In Clinic utilizes Memorial Hermann and Steeplechase Diagnostic Imaging for
XRay and other Radiological exams. The fees are discounted for our patients and are billed by
the facilities.
The Wells Walk-IN Clinic performs many lab tests on site. For those tests run off site, you are
billed a discounted rate, and we collect the fees at the time of your office visit.

| Well Woman Exam (>31yrs): $175. | |
| STD Panel (HIV,Syphilis,Gonorrhea,Chlamydia,Herpes Type II): $150. | |
| Sport/Camp Physical $50. | |
| Follow Up Visit < 72 hrs. $25. |
